As a member of North Strategic’s social media team, I was given the opportunity to own the social media and community management for Tim Hortons US on Facebook and Instagram.
Alongside our creative and account leads, I worked to adapt Tim Horton’s light-hearted and warm tone and relatable brand voice for an American audience. With a focus on core content pillars - Product, Real-Time Marketing and Brand Campaigns - our team was able to develop a distinct, yet familiar brand identity for our American counterparts.
