Hi! I’m Dyl.

I’m just your average, run-of-the-mill, hybrid brand storyteller, content marketer and social strategist.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked with multinational consumer packaged goods (CPG), quick-serve restaurant (QSR) and retail brands and within professional services firms, tech start-ups and non-profit organizations to deliver creative campaigns, smart strategy and engaging aesthetics.

Working in brand, content and social has always felt like a natural fit for me, a perfect combination of my duelling left and right brains. No matter the project or campaign, I bring equal parts personality and professionalism to the table.

My goal is to leave your channels better than I found them, delivering the highest standard of care to every campaign and piece of content. That’s “Due Dyligence.”

Outside of work, I’m passionate about running my bookstagram, K-Pop, social justice, SURVIVOR, home design, Meryl Streep films, spooky podcasts and pop culture everything.

EY Canada | Assistant Director, Brand, Marketing & Communications - Social Media | 2020 - present

Working on the Canadian Brand, Communications and Marketing team, I supported the strategy, execution and measurement of brand and demand gen campaigns, managed organic and paid social, led the employee advocacy program and developed brand measurement, social listening and benchmarking reports.

Lift & Co. | Digital Marketing Manager | 2018 - 2020

Lift & Co. was Canada's largest web platform to compare and review cannabis strains, connecting users to the latest products and trends. I supported the strategy, programs and tactics that drove traffic, acquisition and engagement through social, email and digital.

Traffik | Social Media Strategist | 2017 - 2018

Traffik was an integrated marketing communications agency that specializes in experiential and shopper marketing. I delivered social and digital media strategies and executions for brands such as Scotts Miracle-Gro Canada, Bausch + Lomb, Kashi and Walmart.

North Strategic | Account Executive | 2016 - 2017

North Strategic is a PR and social agency that drives mass media coverage through with superior brand strategy and storytelling. I helped build multinational social media campaigns rooted in the consumer decision journey for Tim Hortons and Cadillac Fairview.
